Guide in Doing an Entrepreneurship :D

Since the topic is about bussiness.Yes! i'm going to learn to be a bussinesswoman. Wahhh..hahaaActually, i will learn about entrepreneurship. Saya and kawan2 akan belajar bagaimana nak develop bussiness sendiri.so that why this course wujud sebagai" The Fundamental of Enterpreneurship" hihi
this is our new course this semester and last semester ,so i hope in learning this coursesmaybe one day i can develop my own bussiness, why not kan..hehe, tapi dalam jangka masa yang panjang sebenarnya memang dah merancang, tapi masih di tengah jalan, no ideas, hehe. but, hopefully, after dah tahu apa sebenarnya enterpreneurship ni, mana lah tahu tiba2 idea2 yang bernas datang kan, so dapatlah saya teruskan perancangan yang terbantut tu, huhuu
Courses ini diperlukan 4-5 orang kumpulan dan Insyallah bakal menjadi usahawan yang berjaya !! YEAh

then some of them would be the manager, Assistant Manager, staff  and other. What swe have to do in develop a business.? kiranya kita belajar seperti betul2 buat bussiness tau.! let say,kita kena cari lokasi tempat, product, design and everything must be perfect and complete. 
so each person must be do a report of Bussiness plan that include :
1. introduction2. purpose3. company background4. owner/partner background5. location of the bussiness6. administrative plan7. marketing plan8. Operational Plan9. financial plan10. conclusion


ada banyak lagi ye.  apa yang perlu ada dalam :
A. Introduction - name of the company - nature of bussiness- industry profile-location of the bussiness- date of bussiness commencement- factor in selecting the purposed bussiness- future prospect of the bussiness
B. Purposebiasanya tujuan kita nak buat business ni and yang penting must be clear, ringkas dan  maksudnya yang tersirat ok ? hehe
C. Company Background- name of company- bussiness adress- correspondence adress (include website, email adress)- telephone number- form of bussiness- main activity / activity- date of commencement- date registration- registration numbername of bank- bank account number
(semua yang maklumat di atas tu mestilah clear and accurate)"commencement" maksud dia : tarikh company berkuat kuasa

D. Owner/Partner Background(mesti ada, nak tahu kita ni buat secara sdn. bhd / partnership)
- name of owner/ partner- identity card number-permanent adress- correspondence adress (include website/email adress)- telephone number- date of birth- age- marital status (status perkahwinan : bujang? dah berkahwin? )- academic qualification- courses attended- skills- experiences- present occupation- previous bussiness experience
E. Location of  Bussiness- physical location of project ( berdekatan dengan jalan utama atau ditetapkan oleh premis )- Building ( jenis, struktur, condition, size, cost of the building)- basic amenities ( kemudahan asas)  : contoh : air, elektrik, line telefon/internet)
F. Administrative Plan- introduction organization- organization chart- man power planning ( perancangan tenaga kerja) : staff position & number of staff- schedule task and responsibilities of staff- schedule of remuneration ( jadual mengenai gaji staff include epf )- list of office equipment (mesti tahu punye nak beli ape untuk company korang )- administrative budget (bajet untuk product, equipment, untuk sebulan, setahun dll)

G. Marketing Planexplain mengenai customer needs and wants, and plan macam mana usaha pemasaran tu mesti ada link sedikit dengan operational, administration and financial plan ) so kena teliti dengan betul2)
-  product/ services description - target market- market size- competition- market share- sales forecast (ramalan jualan)- marketing staregy- marketing budget

H. Operational plan ( sebahagian daripada total of bussiness plan)
- Process flow chart (main step/fasa semasa perniagaan berlaku dan present into FLOW CHART )- Production schedule-  Material Equipment ( list of product/quantity/price/supplier)- Manpower equipment ( tenaga kerja yang terlibat dalam business) only people involve in the operation/ list the nature of employee : fulltime/part-time/contract)- Machine & equipment (sama macam material equipment)- Operation layout plan (pelan company)- Location- Operation overhead (air, elektrik, telephone, gas) kemudahan dan bill- Operation budget (include monthly expense,fixed asset,other expense under building/buying operation space : factory/shop etc )

I. Financial Plan
(all the financial information in administrative/operation/marketing are collected and summarised on how much business will cost to run )
- Project Implementation Cost (menunjukkan berapa banyak pelaburan in term of fixes assets cost/monthly expenses yg diperlukan untuk memulakan sesuatu perniagaan )- Sources of Funds- Fixed assets depreciation Tables- Loan Amortisation Schedule (if relevant)- Hire purchase repayment schedule (if relevant)- Proforma profit and loss- Proforma balance sheet
 ( saya tak dapat nak terangkan dengan lebih kanjut tentang financial, takut lari tajuknya. if i get more information about financial, saya akan beritahu,) 

J. Conclusion
( give brief summary main content/main purpose of bussiness plan/ and bring the total plan to close )

sebenarnya ada banyak lagi, tapi payah pulak saya nak terangkan nnti,takut tak paham pulak nantiso, saya harap penerangan saya yang tak berapa nak jelas sangat ni, dapatlah anda semua faham sebenarnya konsep enterpreneurship ni macam mana, even sikit pun,.heehee
